Hume Scholar keeps track of events and scholarly works about Scottish philosopher David Hume (1711-1776). Our mission is to foster research and discussion about Hume throughout the world. We intend to achieve this aim by publicizing new books, academic papers, taught courses, and events about Hume and his contemporaries. We also aim at providing useful links to Hume’s and his contemporaries’ works and to secondary literature about these themes.

If you have recently published a book, written a paper or will teach a course on Hume or any related topic, we would be pleased to post it here.

Contact should be made preferably through our Facebook Page or Twitter account.

Hume Scholar is edited by Pedro Faria, a graduate student at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (Belo Horizonte-MG, Brazil).
